It is based on thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). This provides it with excellent resistance to weathering, and makes it extremely durable, UV stable, and chemically resistant.

Vandex Flextape is bonded to the substrate using Vandex Uniflex NV adhesive. It is able to bridge and seal expansion and construction joints, as well as cracks in concrete structures. The maximum permissible expansion under continuous load depends on the thickness of the tape and the width of the non-bonded expansion zone (call our technical department for details). Vandex Flextape is available in three standard sizes, all supplied in 20 m rolls:

Vandex Flextape 300/2 (Thickness 2 mm, Width 300 mm)

Vandex Flextape 200/2 (Thickness 2 mm, Width 200 mm)

Vandex Flextape 200/1 (Thickness 1 mm, Width 200 mm)

Vandex Flextape 150/1 (Thickness 1 mm, Width 150 mm)

Additional information

Size: 200 mm / 2 mm (20 m Roll), 300 mm / 2 mm (20 m Roll)

Part Number: VDX-FT-200/2, VDX-FT-300/2

Effective Treatment: Waterproofing, Waterproofing Seal

Service Life: Long-Term Protection

Appearance: Grey, Smooth-Surfaced Sealing Tape

Storage: Store away from excessive dust, water, or sunlight to maintain effectiveness

Shelf Life: 12 months

Coverage: 20 Meters
