The Proctor Proctorwrap - 2.7m x 10m is a spunbonded polypropylene film laminate breather membrane developed for timber frame wall and light steel frame applications.
WHERE IT'S USED
Applied in the factory during manufacture or on site to protect timber frames during construction against wind-driven rain, snow and dust, then allowing controlled vapour escape once the building is complete. Suitable for use in exposed and coastal areas due to its W1 water resistance rating.
BUILD-UP
A spunbonded polypropylene film laminate with a vapour resistance of Sd 0.02m, below the maximum permitted under NHBC requirements.
