Rockwool FirePro Intumescent Pipe Wrap CE is a graphite-based intumescent sheet encased in a polythene sheath, supplied in lengths to suit various pipe diameters, CE marked.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used to protect plastic pipework and electrical trunking in fire-rated walls and floors, wrapped around the outside of the pipework or trunking and fixed with self-adhesive strips.
BUILD-UP
Graphite-based intumescent sheet in a polythene sheath, fits most trunking sizes.
KEY BENEFITS
Expands to fill voids left by burnt-out plastic, preventing passage of flames and smoke. Easy to install, maintenance-free, dry system. Tested in conjunction with Ablative Coated Batt seals.
SPECIFICATION DATA
Fire performance: Tested to EN 1366-3:2009, CE marked EAD 350454-00-1104 (ETA 20/1125), UL-EU third-party certified. Up to EI120 fire resistance (up to 2 hours). Density: 1.2 g/cm³. Thickness: 2mm at 32mm diameter, up to 12mm at 250mm diameter. Application temperature: -5°C to 40°C.

Opened, used, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
