Protecta FR Pipe Collar (red) is a split, steel-cased fire collar for plastic pipes, containing a graphite-based swelling material that reacts to heat and seals the opening left as plastic pipe melts away in a fire.
WHERE IT'S USED
Fitted to the outside of a wall or floor around plastic pipe penetrations, sized from the smallest available pipes up to 315mm.
BUILD-UP
Coated circular steel casing with a secure locking device, supplied in two heights to suit different fire classifications and maximise cost efficiency.
