Nullifire FI025 Intuflex Wrap is a fire insulation upgrade wrap, primarily rock mineral fibre with a foil outer layer providing a Class O surface spread of flame around a Class A1 core, 200mm x 25mm x 10m.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used to upgrade the insulation rating of uninsulated penetrated services already sealed with a Nullifire product, where the compartment line requires a higher insulation (I) rating. Tested around copper and steel pipes up to 160 mm diameter, cable trays, ladders, baskets, individual cables and cable bundles up to 100 mm diameter.
BUILD-UP
Rock mineral fibre core with foil facing, finished with aluminium foil tape for a zero fibre-migration finish.
KEY BENEFITS
Reinstates insulation requirements around uninsulated service penetrations. Tested to EN 1366-3. Easy, fast, lightweight installation. Does not de-rate electrical cables.
