The Stopseal Pipe Wrap is an intumescent composition which is designed to provide high volume expansion and a pressure seal. The product is fire tested to BS 476 part 20 giving a fire resistance of up to 2 hours.
The pipes tested included UPVC, Polypropylene and ABS up to a size of 200 mm diameter pipes through concrete / block work floors and walls.
Advantages of the Stopseal Pipe Wrap:
- Suitable for wall and floor installation.
- The product is based on an EPDM composite and is therefore non-toxic.
- Halogen free, contains no asbestos, ceramic mineral fibres and is environmentally friendly.
- Not affected by fungus, vermin or rodents.
- Remains flexible between -40 C to +130 C, long life and is easy to use.

INSTALLATION
Installation details and technical support are available from our technical department. Data sheets and MSDS are provided with all our products.
- Place pipe wrap around pipe and secure with adhesive tape supplied.
- Adjust the position of the pipe wrap so that the edge is approximately 10 mm within the wall or floor surface.
- Fill annular gap with Silverseal Mortar

Stopseal Pipe Wraps are manufactured in the EU, meeting the highest quality standards in compliance with ISO EN 9001.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Stopseal Pipe Wraps are not affected by outdoor environments. However, for long-term storage and ease of installation, we recommended that it should be stored indoors. No limit is given for the shelf life as the product will not deteriorate in storage.
The pipe wrap is supplied with all the necessary approvals needed to satisfy a Fire Officer.
All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Mon Fri).

Standard stocked items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, subject to approval. All returns must be requested through our Return Request Form returns portal and items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging.
Opened, used, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
