FR230 Intucompound is a gypsum-based mortar used to reinstate fire resistance in floor and wall constructions that have been breached to allow single or multiple service penetrations.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used in health, leisure, education, hotel, commercial, retail and industrial buildings to seal penetrations while providing a load-bearing capability.
BUILD-UP
Rapid-setting, zero-shrinkage gypsum mortar, applied as a pourable or trowel grade; suitable for single and bunched cables, cable trays/ladders/baskets and non-combustible pipes; combustible or insulated non-combustible pipes and cable trunking require a suitable Nullifire closer device such as FP302 Intustrap or FP160 Intusleeve.
KEY BENEFITS
Up to 4 hours' fire resistance tested to EN 1366-3 and EN 1366-4. Provides a safe working platform for loads up to 2.5kN/m2 when installed per Nullifire recommendations (load/impact capability after 50 hours). Flows easily around and behind services. Also provides thermal, acoustic and air sealing performance.

Opened, used, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products are non-returnable. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.
