The Flowcrete Flowscreed Industrial Top (25kg) is a fast-drying, cement-based, pump-applied floor topping for fast-track renovation of concrete floors.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used as a wearing screed in warehouses, production zones, aircraft hangars, automotive facilities and other areas needing a hardwearing level floor, or as a substrate for Flowcrete resin toppings where better aesthetics and wear/chemical resistance are required.
BUILD-UP
Cement-based topping typically applied at 8mm average thickness on a reasonably level base.
KEY BENEFITS
Rapid installation, up to 2000m² per day under suitable conditions. Good resistance to impact, point loading and abrasion. Protein-free, won't harbour bacteria, yeast or mould. Walk on after 24 hours.
