Fischer UFS Universal FireStopping Sealant is a one-part water-based intumescent sealant for construction joints and service penetrations, providing up to 4 hours fire rating.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used for a wide range of service penetrations and joint configurations: metallic services (steel/cast iron up to 500mm, copper up to 150mm), non-metallic services (PVC up to 75mm), insulated services up to 500mm, construction joints up to 100mm, HVAC up to 2500mm, cable bunches up to 100mm, busway up to 686mm, in wall and floor constructions, flexible walls, masonry and concrete.
BUILD-UP
One-part water-based intumescent sealant, halogen and solvent free, exhibits excellent slump characteristics.
KEY BENEFITS
Up to 4 hours fire rating. Tested to ASTM E814 (UL1479), ASTM E1966 (UL2079), ASTM E84 (UL723). Water based, flexible set, contains mould growth inhibitor, freeze-thaw capable, paintable, low VOC, excellent acoustic properties.
