Nullifire FF197 is a single-component, gun-grade, fire-rated polyurethane foam for sealing linear gaps in fire-rated areas of a building, providing up to 240 minutes fire rating, supplied in 750ml canisters, box of 12.
WHERE IT'S USED
Used to seal linear gaps throughout fire-rated areas of a building. Can be used with Illbruck foam guns.
BUILD-UP
Modified single-component PU foam, pink colour, cures to a semi-rigid foam able to accommodate some joint movement.
KEY BENEFITS
Certified to EN 1366-4, DIN 4102 Pt 1 (B1) and EN 13501: Pt 2. Acts as an effective fire seal for up to 4 hours (BS EN 1366-4) when used with FS701 intumescent acrylic or FS703 silicone sealant.

Colour: Pink. Packaging: 750 ml pressurised canister, 12 per box. Fire rating: Up to 240 minutes. Limitations: Will not adhere to Teflon, polyethylene or silicone-coated surfaces; cured foam is UV-sensitive and should be covered with FS703 silicone or FS701 intumescent acrylic.
